Yesterday was Beck's picture day, but I forgot. He must have known today wasn't the right day, because he wasn't very cooperative.

Faves from Fourteen

Last month I mentioned trying a different approach since Beck doesn't like to sit still for his pictures. It worked!

We took these right before bed, so he was tired and very stoic at first.

Then we started doing really stupid things to make him smile.

Have I mentioned he has two bottom molars and at least three more teeth coming in up top? 

He got the bottom molars around Lotoja (Sept. 11). They looked so painful coming in!

So that's...let me see...ten teeth, almost thirteen. That seems like a lot!

Beck's pictures were a day late this month, and this shoot didn't capture any really cute ones. We couldn't figure out a new prop, so he's with the gorilla again. Maybe we'll take some in a chair tomorrow. I'm hoping that will make him sit. I guess we'll see.

UNO!

I know, this is really late, but here are my favorites from this month's photoshoot. My mom was helping me photograph the model, and we wondered if he's scared of the gorilla. So maybe this year we'll have a new prop. I guess I need to find one between now and then. Any ideas?

Double Digits - 10 months!

Now that Beck can crawl around, he doesn't want to sit for a picture. So this is how many turned out:

Unfortunately we had to change doctors after we learned our new insurance didn't cover our current pediatrician. (How did we learn that? Oh, well, after we went in for his six month appointment and we got to pay for it in full, including all his shots!) I'm not sure if this info is completely accurate, but here are his stats:

Height: 28 inches, 50th percentile

Weight: 19.45 pounds, 30th

Head: 18.75 inches, 75th

Beck turned eight months today. It was quite similar to when he turned six months old (grumpy/sad all day). Maybe he's sad he's getting to be so old, cause I don't think he's getting any teeth this time. Here are pics from today's photo shoot.

Happy Seven Months!

I told Beck today that he is now closer to one than to being born. Weird. Well here are some shots from his seven month photo shoot.

This one seemed appropriate since he has had toppling pictures in the past. The difference? Now he can catch himself.

There's something funny about this picture. Is it because he looks like a fat old man? Something about that funny smile.

He didn't want to stand.
